Añadir un ácido muy fuerte sobre una carga peptídica lleva la mezcla, aunque sea de forma transitoria y localizada en el chorro, a la ventana de punto isoeléctrico de los hidrolizados (aproximadamente pH 3,5-5,5), donde los péptidos pierden carga y coagulan; el flóculo formado no se redisuelve al corregir el pH después. Con aminoácidos totales 60,90 % y materia orgánica 62,60 %, es el producto con más carga peptídica líquida del catálogo.
